We strive to provide excellent service. If you're not satisfied, we offer the following refund terms:

1. One-Time Project Refunds

Before Work Begins: Full refund
After Initial Work Begins (first 3 days): 50% refund
After Final Delivery or >3 days of work: No refund

Subscription Plans

You may cancel your subscription anytime. Refunds will not be provided for unused portions of the billing cycle.

Add-ons

Add-on services are non-refundable once delivered or integrated.
