Payment & Subscription

Payments are processed via Paddle, our third-party payment processor. All prices are listed in USD. Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled at least 3 days before the renewal date.

Services Offered

The Dev Nomad provides web development services, including but not limited to:

  • Custom landing pages
  • Booking integrations
  • Map integrations
  • Blog CMS setup
  • AI chatbot integrations
  • One-time project services and ongoing support plans

Pricing and deliverables for each service or subscription plan are outlined on our Pricing Page.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access to relevant content, images, and account logins (e.g., for domain, CMS, etc.) as required for project execution. Delays in submission may impact delivery timelines.

Ownership & License

You retain ownership of all content you provide. We grant you full rights to the final website deliverables once payment is completed in full. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

All references to "we", "us", "our", or "the company" on this site and in these policies refer to Kenneth Burla, unless otherwise specified. While not yet a registered business entity, TheDevNomad operates under freelance practice in accordance with applicable Philippine laws. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Paddle, acting as the Merchant of Record.
